Scott Yates began his career as an officer in the United States Navy and is proudly a part of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program

He has held leadership positions and has extensive experience with industry-leading organizations in healthcare, management consulting, nuclear energy, industrial distribution, electronic manufacturing, automotive supply chain and sporting goods

Yates joined First Call Ambulance as CEO in 2016 and acquired the company in 2018. The company serves 50,000 patients annually in Middle and East Tennessee. In October 2021, Yates and First Call Ambulance joined Priority Ambulance family of companies.

Yates received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Vanderbilt University. He holds a master’s degree of engineering from Virginia Tech and a master’s in business administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
